Within this framework, MLB Conseils can help you search for and evaluate new suppliers in both a national and international context.
Our Approach
After having defined together the scope of the sourcing in terms of:
- Products and purchase categories involved
- Defined geographical area
- Corresponding purchasing policies
MLB Conseils will create a contact questionnaire (RFI) submitted for approval by the customer. This questionnaire based on the requirements and particularities of the customer will be sent to potential suppliers.
Using professional databases on internet and various sources of information, MLB Conseils, will establish a list of potential suppliers for each relevant product and/or purchasing category.
Based on customer requirements and the replies, MLB Conseils will compile a comparative table of all the companies which were contacted and which have replied to the questionnaire.
Deliverable
Following analysis of the answers to the questionnaire, MLB Conseils will present the customer with a shortlist of potential suppliers (minimum 3-5) qualified according to selection criteria to be consulted during an invitation to tender.
MLB Conseils can provide the customer with template documents to be used for subsequent searches and evaluations of suppliers in an international context.
MLB Conseils can also provide assistance for the establishment of technical specifications and tender consultation documents.
MLB Conseils also provides translating services for the translation of documents into English or vice versa.
